- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I asked for an appointment on Tuesday, and the lady confirmed the appointment a second time before I got off the phone. By the time Monday afternoon came, there was no confirmation call (they always confirm appt's the day before). So I called and they told me my appointment is on Thursday!! >=/ Plus they are horrible at giving refills. I had to call three times to request a refill. And to top it off they are very disrespectful most of the time. The only reason I keep going there is because of Dr. Hall. He is a wonderful and caring Dr. But I'm so fed up with the receptionists and other staff I might switch Dr's.August 15, 2017by Wells. Liv
